GHC Admissions Process

We welcome you to apply to Green Hills College by following the steps outlined below:


  1. Step 1: Online Application

    Begin the admissions process by submitting an online application at: Admission Form

  2. Step 2: On-Campus Visit

    Visit the GHC campus to complete the following:

    • A.Sign the application form.
    • B.Submit the required documents:
      • 1-Copy of the student’s birth certificate.
      • 2-One recent student photo.
      • 3-Copies of both parents’ IDs.
      • 4-Copies of both parents' university degrees.
    • C.Schedule an appointment for the assessment.

    Note: Punctuality is crucial. Parent interviews are mandatory for new applicants, and you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment code from the Admissions Office.

  3. Step 3: Assessment Process

    Assessment details based on the division:

    • British Division:
      Students will complete written entrance exams in Literacy, Numeracy, and Arabic, along with an oral Literacy assessment.
    • American Division:
      Students will be assessed through written exams in English, Math, and Arabic, followed by an oral English assessment.

    Important: An assessment invitation does not guarantee admission. If space is limited, students may be placed on a waiting list.

  4. Step 4: Enrollment Confirmation

    Once accepted, parents must secure their child’s placement by paying the first installment. Upon payment, your child will officially become part of the Green Hills College community.

Required Documents

After acceptance, the following documents must be submitted:

  • 1-Original birth certificate.
  • 2-Four recent passport-size photos with a white background.
  • 3-Latest grade reports.
  • 4-Behavior report from the current school.
  • 5-Copies of both parents’ or guardian’s IDs.

Transferring Students

From Schools Within Egypt: Please submit the documents above along with:

  • * A Ministry of Education-issued certificate confirming your child’s promotion.
  • * A stamped transfer certificate from the previous school and the Ministry of Education.

From Schools Outside Egypt: In addition to the standard documents, please provide:

  • * An official attendance statement and previous year’s school reports, both signed and stamped by the Ministry of Education, Foreign Affairs, and the Egyptian Embassy or Consulate in your country of origin.

Important Notes

  • 1-Applicants may be placed on a waiting list once capacity is reached.
  • 2-Admission is prioritized for students with top scores on the placement test.
  • 3-Age requirements as of October 1st:
    • * Pre-K: 2 and 6 months+ years
    • * KG1/FS1: 3 and 6 months + years
    • * KG2/FS2: 4 and 6 months + years
  • 4-Both parents must attend the interview, but they cannot be present during the student’s assessment.
  • 5-Babies and nannies are not allowed in interviews.
  • 6-Results will be communicated within 2-3 days excluding weekends after the assessment.
  • 7-Assessment scores are confidential and will not be disclosed to parents.
